DIALix plan change now available online

Just log in to the JustNet Customer Service site, click on Show Plan Choices and then Manage Plan next to the dialup plan you wish to change.

Changes take effect at the start of the next bililng month. For plan changes made online via the above site, you can change plans any time up to the start of the next billing month (i.e. until midnight on the day your plan is due to be billed for the next month).

We will continue to accept plan changes in writing (email, fax or post) but for these manual methods we will continue to require 7 days notice to change plans.

For this reason, we recommend all plan changes are made using the online tool as this will give you quicker turn-around for your request.
