Mail server upgradesMailboxes have been upgraded and moved to a new facility. You should not need to make any changes at your end as we have automatically updated your mail forwarding rules so that mail is delivered directly to the new mailbox location.
The new mail server provides the following benefits at no extra cost:
more bandwidth for Australian users so mail collection will be faster
higher reliability as we will have better emergency access in case of any problems
better redundancy to prevent any problems in the first place (several measures already in place now with more being added in the near future)
better performance for webmail which should now run considerably faster, particularly for broadband users (whether or not you have ADSL through us directly)
