Dial-up modem access pricing plans
DIALix provides a variety of Internet access packages to suit varying usage levels and budgets. All these plans provide up to 56K modem access on all lines and fast Internet links.
All plans are paid in advance, with any excess charges payable at the end of each billing month. We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club), cheque, money order, BPAY, or electronic funds transfer.

Notes to plans
- All DIALix dial-up plans include unlimited download volume, so there is no per Megabyte charge or limit.
- To minimise your costs in case a call is accidentally left logged in, each call session is limited to a maximum of 8 hours, after which you can immediately reconnect if you wish.
- Excess time charges, if applicable, are calculated on a per-minute basis and billed monthly in arrears.
How to Register
See the secure registration form to apply for a new account for one of the above plans. All plans are available Australia-wied, and access is via a single, local call access number. (This means you can log in from Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney and almost any dial-up location around Australia). Our access points cover more than 98% of the Australian population at a local call cost.
How to Change Plans
If you have an existing DIALix account and would like to change plans, log in to the Customer Service site and click Show Plan Choices then Manage Plan. If you prefer, you can send an email us, send a fax to (02) 9948 1111 or a letter to PO Box 7 Fairlight NSW 2094. Note that we do NOT accept plan changes via telephone under any circumstances. Your plan change will apply from the next plan renewal date. Note that we must receive your plan change request at least seven (7) days prior to your renewal date (except for plan changes made online in the Customer Service site, which can be made any time up until midnight on the day your new plan month starts).

to add extra functionality.
Additional POP mailboxes
Extra mailboxes are available for a once-off setup cost of $11.00 then just $2.20 per month. There is no limit to the number of mailboxes that can be linked to your account. Your additional mailboxes can be accessed with any normal POP3 compatible email program (e.g. Outlook, Eudora) or accessed via our Webmail service.
Extra email alias
Ever wanted to have a second email address to be able to give one to friends (maybe with a nickname or more casual form of your name) and a different one
to give our professionally? Now you can! Add an extra email alias to your existing DIALix mailbox for only $1.10 per month.
Domain Names
Domain name registration allows you to claim your own piece of Internet real estate. Once you have a name registered, you can set up personalised email addresses (e.g. you@yourbusiness.com.au) for your DIALix account. Professional web hosting
